In our Season 1 finale, we discuss future plans for Benchmarked, the Coaches and how applying our own techniques has helped us navigate everyday leadership situations and grow as fathers, husbands and coaches.

- We explore the idea of parents, coaches, and teachers raising young people and athletes to be prepared for life’s challenges - not necessarily the next level of sporting competition.

- Losing useful messages amongst the noise of coaches and parents who are yellers and tellers.
